Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking or using any service offered by Healing by Ritika ("we," "us," "our," or the "Practitioner"), owned and operated by Ritika Chandak. By booking a session, making a payment, browsing this website, or otherwise engaging with our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or this website.

1. About Healing by Ritika

Healing by Ritika is a personal energy healing practice founded by Ritika Chandak, offering Distance Pranic Healing and other holistic energy healing modalities, including but not limited to Aura Healing, Chakra Healing, Relationship Healing, Business Energy Healing, Financial Block Removal, Inner Child Healing, Cord Cutting, Psychic Attack Protection, Energy Reading, Manifestation Coaching, Spiritual Growth, and Personal Transformation sessions (collectively, the "Services"). All Services are delivered remotely, online, through video calls, phone calls, written reports, or distance/absentee healing methods, without any requirement for physical presence.

2. Nature of Services - Important Medical Disclaimer

Energy healing is a complementary and holistic wellness practice. It is not a substitute for, and should never be used in place of, professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Ritika Chandak is an energy healing practitioner and is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or financial advisor, unless separately and explicitly stated in writing.
Our Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health disorder.
Energy healing sessions are intended to support relaxation, emotional balance, self-awareness, and general wellbeing as a complement to - not a replacement for - conventional medical or psychological care.
You should never discontinue, delay, or alter any prescribed medical treatment, medication, or therapy on the basis of information or sessions received from Healing by Ritika, without first consulting your qualified healthcare provider.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or suicidal thoughts, please contact emergency services or a licensed medical professional in your country immediately. Healing by Ritika is not equipped to handle emergencies.
Results, experiences, and outcomes from energy healing vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific result, cure, or outcome from any session, package, or program.

3. Practitioner-Client Relationship

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

The relationship between you and Ritika Chandak is that of a wellness practitioner and a voluntary client seeking complementary holistic support, and not a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or fiduciary relationship.
You are engaging our Services voluntarily, of your own free will, and take full personal responsibility for your decision to participate in any session, program, or healing package.
All information, insights, or guidance shared during a session is offered in good faith based on the Practitioner's training and experience, and should be used at your own discretion and judgment.
Sessions are not a substitute for professional counselling, and any personal, business, financial, or relationship decisions you make remain solely your own responsibility.

4. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session independently. Clients under 18 may only receive services with the informed consent and direct involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By booking, you confirm that the information you provide (name, contact details, health background, and intention for the session) is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Our Services are available to clients worldwide; however, you are responsible for ensuring that receiving distance energy healing services is lawful in your country or state of residence.

5. Booking Policy

Sessions may be booked through our website, official booking link, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels designated by Healing by Ritika.
A booking is confirmed only after the applicable session fee has been received in full, unless a specific written arrangement states otherwise.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate date, time zone, and contact details at the time of booking. Healing by Ritika is not responsible for missed sessions due to incorrect time zone information provided by the Client.
For distance/absentee healing sessions that do not require your real-time presence, session confirmation and any relevant notes or recordings (if applicable) will be shared through the agreed communication channel.

6. Payment Terms

All fees for sessions, packages, or programs must be paid in advance, in the currency and through the payment method specified at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices for Services are as listed on our website or as communicated directly, and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of your confirmed booking will be honoured.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, or similar providers). Healing by Ritika does not store your full payment card details; these are handled securely by the respective payment processor.
You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction charges levied by your bank or payment provider.

7. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be accommodated at the Practitioner's discretion, subject to availability, and may not always be possible.
Healing by Ritika reserves the right to reschedule a session in the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, technical issues, emergencies), and will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time at the earliest convenience.
No-shows without prior notice will be treated as a completed/utilised session under this policy, and no refund or free rescheduling will apply.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because energy healing sessions involve dedicated preparation, personal time, and energetic work by the Practitioner, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for either a full credit toward a future session or a refund, at the Client's choice, unless the session was purchased at a special non-refundable rate.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund but may be offered a one-time rescheduling option at the Practitioner's discretion.
Once a session has been conducted (including distance/absentee healing sessions performed on your behalf), it is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable, as the healing work and practitioner's time have already been delivered.
Multi-session packages and programs are non-transferable to another person and non-refundable once the first session of the package has been delivered, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Because outcomes of energy healing cannot be guaranteed, refunds are not offered on the basis of dissatisfaction with subjective results, but only in accordance with the cancellation terms above or as required by law.

9. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal information, including relevant health, emotional, or situational background necessary for the session.
Join sessions (where real-time presence is required) from a quiet, private, and comfortable space, on time, with a stable internet connection.
Continue any prescribed medical or psychological treatment and consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or psychological concerns.
Take full personal responsibility for decisions and actions taken based on insights received during a session.
Treat the Practitioner with courtesy and respect during all interactions.

10. Practitioner Responsibilities

Ritika Chandak agrees to deliver sessions with professionalism, sincerity, and in accordance with her training in Pranic Healing and related energy healing modalities.
To maintain client confidentiality as described in Section 11 below.
To communicate honestly about the nature, scope, and limitations of energy healing as a complementary practice.
To make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling needs and respond to client queries in a timely manner.

11. Confidentiality

Healing by Ritika respects the personal and sensitive nature of information shared during sessions.

Any personal, health-related, emotional, or situational information you share during a consultation or session will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law, court order, or to prevent harm to yourself or others.
Anonymised or de-identified experiences may occasionally be referenced in testimonials, case studies, or educational content, but only with your prior explicit permission.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Healing by Ritika website and associated social media pages - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, session frameworks, course materials, videos, guided meditations, e-books, and downloadable resources - is the exclusive intellectual property of Ritika Chandak / Healing by Ritika, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or repurpose any content, session recordings, or materials for commercial or public use without prior written permission.
Any session recordings, notes, or materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Testimonials shared with us may be used, in whole or part, for marketing and promotional purposes across our website and social media, unless you request otherwise in writing.

13. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of the site by any third party.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to it.
Any misuse, harassment, abusive communication, or disrespectful conduct toward the Practitioner or her team may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

14. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Testimonials, reviews, and success stories shared on our website or social media reflect individual client experiences and are not a guarantee, promise, or warranty that you will achieve the same or similar results. Every individual's circumstance, energy, and receptivity are different.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Healing by Ritika and Ritika Chandak shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services or website, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or health-related outcomes.
Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding specific outcomes, cures, or results.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific session or package giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ritika Chandak, Healing by Ritika, and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Third-Party Links & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, scheduling tools, or social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Force Majeure

Healing by Ritika shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure to perform, or interruption of Services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or technical outages, natural disasters, illness, government restrictions, or other events of force majeure.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, regardless of the Client's country of residence.

20. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or concern regarding our Services, we encourage you to first contact us directly at the email provided below, so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably within a reasonable time frame.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing formal legal proceedings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Modifications to These Terms

Healing by Ritika reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services or website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific written agreements between you and Healing by Ritika, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
